Very friendly staff!
Location is not the best but it's nearby a metro station so you can get anywhere very quickly.
The room was not located on the street side so no traffic sounds were bothering. Sort of cozy atmosphere in the hotel was nice. If you're not too picky, the hotel should be ok.
The drain in our bathroom smelled which forced us to keep the ventilation on all the time. The TV channels did not show properly. There was no lift so if you're at the top floor, you'll get exercise...
The restaurant next door food was good and the service was Great! 24hr Front Desk Support, Cable TV and renovated bathroom, very close to public transportation.
Hot water was not always available. Too small for two people. Room smelled. 13" TV
The room as ok and the staff was friendly. The location was great.
The room wasn't ready when we arrived and it was after 13h00 and the air conditioning was leaking.
The extra space reserved for smokers and the kindness of the reception staff. the objects forgotten during our stay were still available on request one week later
Room size is limited
Great Staff!!! Very helpful, they recommend us places where to go, explaining us everything about public transports, telling us about festivals ecc... And on the top of that my friend and I were supposed to leave early in the morning (4 am) and they served us breakfast!!! Brilliant..I Do recommend this place. Clean toilets, nice and big bedrooms!
Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and pleasant, price was very reasonable!
A warning to future travellers: learn from our mistake! We compared hotel locations when booking: we went for the Boavista Guest House on the basis that it was the cheapest, though we knew it wasn't very central. In retrospect, we wished we'd booked a more central hotel. There are a lot of hills to climb in Porto, and still more walking to be done to see the port wine lodges in Villa Nova de Gaia across the river, so having a 30 minute walk back to the hotel from the city centre wasn't great.
Staff was extremely helpful. The bathroom was brand new and perfectly clean.
The room was very noisy with open windows but there is ac and with closed windows it is ok. We had a good night sleep.
The internet service too slow, the coffee at the breakfast time was cold and missing a fridge in the room because they don't have kitchen available must have something to help with extra meal
